If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Once we review your request and confirm the issue, we'll process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
